By accessing or using the Aham Digital matrimony platform ("Service"), operated by Babu Ventures LLC, doing business as Aham Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to marry under the laws of your jurisdiction to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile, including photographs, personal details, and biographical information. Misrepresentation of identity, age, marital status, or any other material fact may result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to verify profile information and remove profiles that violate these standards.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers (Stripe and Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscription fees for partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at support@ahamdigital.com within 7 days of the charge. Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including photos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Babu Ventures LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You may remove your content at any time by deleting it from your profile or by deleting your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or behaved in a manner harmful to other users. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user profiles or the outcome of any interactions between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babu Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
